| The best way to approach Universal Soldier: The Return is to think that it is nothing but a montage of action and impressive martial arts sequences. The sequel to the original fracture 1992 marks the return of Jean-Claude Van Damme (in his first and only sequel to date) and many improvements universal soldiers. Luc Devereaux is now fully human, thanks to a scientist who has developed a new program for unisols. Trouble arises when the main computer control of all unisols goes crazy, and so begins a new battle. The story deviates from the original, to the point where the viewer is thinking "huh," and Van Damme is not even very clearly similar to their origin, whether from. The acting is abysmal at best, but despite all this, its very obvious everyone had a great time making this movie. As an avid fan of action and, despite the negative points mentioned, I had a fantastic experience with this movie. See Jean-Claude Van Damme, who is in perfect physical shape here, some of its major combat work in recent years was a real pleasure. And add to that the legendary Michael Jai White, is a wild ride, if you take it for what it is and just sit back and be blown away by the action. Taken together, gather a group of about 10 friends, some pizza, have beers in hand, and put it with this impressive action party! |
| Am I the only person who liked this movie? From what I've seen on IMDB, only a handful of people enjoyed this movie. This is because these people realized that this is an action Universal Soldier: The Return Action and is not supposed to be taken seriously. Anyway as I said I liked this DVD movie Universal Soldier: The Return for two reasons: 1 - Fighting in the final between Michael Jai White and Van Damme. We all know that can fight Van Damme, Michael Jai White but clearly outclasses him in the hand by hand to play. The last fight between them shows its full potential as a world-class martial artist. 2 - Goldberg: We know it can not act, but boy does not fill the role of "murderer superhuman" very good. It is both threatening and deadly at the same time. I fear that he, too, if I had to fight him. Those are my main reasons. I suppose that is the highlight of this movie, but the rest of the DVD film Universal Soldier: The Return is quite watchable too. Do not take it seriously and make sure you enjoy. 9 / 10 PS: How is that Van Damme does not have a scratch or bruise on him at the end of the film? I mean, after all goes through you would think that at least have had a black eye. What is it, Steven Seagal? |
| If this Universal Soldier: The Return Action movie can only say that the original and kept with the "good" story that had, it would have been as large as the original was. Van Damme was impressive in this film, his only major flaw is his gray hair showing age at the star. But the fight scenes are still first class and the action it up. At first the Universal Soldier: The Return film is a bit corny, but after the scene of the fight against the strip bar, is all here. The action, comedy and fighting sequences are so perfect and the final battle between Van Damme and White absoulutly is impressive (and of course, you get branded Van Damme "kiaaaaa!" And the air and spinning kicks Guile patada flash!). Goldburg action could use a little work, but if he does not have any sense, his character would be perfect. See and get some laughs entertaining. 10 10 |
