Some time after the Mousekewitz's have settled in America, they find that they are still having problems with the threat of cats. That makes them eager to try another home out in the west, where they are promised that mice and cats live in peace. Unfortunately, the one making this claim is an oily con artist named Cat R. Waul who is intent on his own sinister plan. Unaware of this, the Mousekewitz's begin their journey west, while their true cat friend, Tiger, follows intent on following his girlfriend gone in the same direction.

When I look back on my childhood, I think that deep, fuzzy memories, often linked to good films. The Jungle Book, Peter Pan, really do the animation, especially Disney. For some reason, these movies capture what it means to be a child to have fun. Listen to what we have is such a fun, exciting, the treasures that will illuminate the face of a child when he or she sees. An American Tail: Fievel Goes West Fievel Mousekewitz and his family are tricked into leaving the big city with the hope of freedom "to the west." Little do they know that the evil feline cat R. Waul (John Cleese) is behind this. With the help of his friend Tiger (Dom DeLuise) and Sheriff Wiley Burp (Jimmy Stewart), this trio will try and take down R. Waul Cat and his gang of villainous cats. This animated sequel to An American Tail is one that will bring a smile to anyones face. Intelligent humor that appeals to young children are around. This is a American Tail: Fievel Goes West, An Animation movie that will become a classic in your collection. Can be transmitted from generation to generation. Of course, this is not a American Tail: Fievel Goes West, An Animation that will be watched by night for you and your friends. This American Tail: Fievel Goes West, An Animation film is what it's supposed to do, entertain the little ones. Your children will have to rewind over and over again (thank God for DVD's!).

I agree with the person who raved about this song. When I was 6 years, I got "Fievel goes West" and that was my favorite part. I'd like to see again and again, singing around the house, and saving. I still love it today, and I am happy to learn that James Horner composed. I loved the whole soundtrack of the American Tail: Fievel Goes West, An Animation film - I want to record the music that played during the credits and listen to it, and even such a young age, that make me mourn. I still love my face with everything I have heard of James Horners, from the soundtrack of "Casper" to "Braveheart" to "Titanic." It is fabulous! But anyway, about the movie: American Tail: Fievel Goes West, An ... I think it is cute. My favorite character has always been a Tiger, who even named after my cat. No one else has any say in it! This American Tail: Fievel Goes West, An Animation will always be a classic for me, as they play a big part of my early childhood.

As far as animated movies go, this is one I enjoyed. The tail has a history of American western classical feel like Fievel and his family travel in the heart of the west. The real quality comes from John Cleese as the slimy collusion cat, and the great James Stewart as Wylie Burp, sheriff in town reserved for bedraggled dog. Much of the humor is fun dynamic action of the last quarter. However, the great comedy, the intensification of these films is Dom DeLuise, who is just as great as the adorable cat overweight. He is one of the reasons for this.
