| I just returned from the theater and I must say, Wild Hogs was hilarious! It is a great way of life-crisis type of film. Well, of course old funny. Make jokes like straight PEEING on the side of the road and phrases like "... If we are going to drink p ***, we're going to drink it cold." A couple of hilarious scenes with Ray Liotta as a bad boy as he usually plays and John C. McGinley (Dr. Cox from Scrubs). And he looked very good in that uniform road patrol. I would have liked to have heard Tim Allen let out one of these simian growls like Home Improvement and Jon Travolta seen dancing a little. Of all the roles in the film, I believe that William H. Macy is the best. He had the best jokes and physical comedy. Therefore, to ignore the "professional" critics and ask someone who actually saw him |
| I was disappointed with the DVD movie Wild Hogs - had great potential but frankly missed the mark. For much less. Not only was slow to start, to establish the characters and the point, but the differences between the actual gags that raised more than a faint smile was enormous. Most of the film: Wild Hogs focused on gay jokes that can be seen by a blind man a mile away. But the saving grace was that the usual relationship with wordplay only black member of the group were avoided. Another factor was the disappointing 'as not to see that "the police - it was only Dr. Cox in Scrubs, in a police uniform, almost as if Scrubs shooting near the actor and had no time to leave Dr. Cox's character. | I felt insulted by this Wild Hogs Adventure film (I hesitate to use the term "film" here). Not only as a Wild Hogs Adventure film lover, but as a cyclist, too. Too many topics. All are there, too. The RUB (Urban Biker Rico), the hard-drinking tattooed bad-ass, bad-ass candidates. Nowhere in sight is the regular blue collar Harley rider like me. Even had the obligation to police gay jokes in bad taste. Furthermore, the cycle of the OCC-whores, playing their usual roles, but as themselves. Please. We have not had enough of these two? Already have their own show! Furthermore, the old "gas thread of bad guys" beating their bicycles bar routine, which, besides being chemically and mechanically (given the nature of the fuel valves Harley) impossible, just do death. The huge explosion in the action-comedy seems only a last-ditch effort to save a sinking ship. Forget it, please. Cyclists do not need a worse reputation for films like this. | A very good cast was rather lost in this lame attempt at comedy. With the big names involved a lot better than I expected. The script was clichéd and unfunny, entirely predictable, with situations that can only be played as farce. You can imagine the cast had a good time Goofing around with this material. Unfortunately, the results do not justify the effort. I still can not believe that actors of this caliber to read the script and agreed to do so. What a shame. Everything that should have been left limping uproarious. Such assaults talent through their painful journey to see bad material in some places. You might think that, at least, William H. Macy would have demanded better. |
