This Two Mules for Sister Sara Western movie is a good change of pace for Clint Eastwood Western. While in some ways the character of Clint is not very different from some of its previous jeans (which is a great weapon and is motivated by greed to the end .... ... as in a few dollars FOR MORE), the chemistry of the addition of Shirley MacLaine really change the film. Together, they create a stake, even though not exactly credible. However, despite being hard to believe, the Two Mules for Sister Sara Western film is so funny and so well written and acted, which really does not matter. The Two Mules for Sister Sara movie was made in Mexico with many Mexican players. This, combined with a somewhat restrained score by Ennio Morricone, who see this Two Mules for Sister Sara film in many respects as a "Spaghetti Western," although it was financed and directed by Americans. For these reasons, the film: Two Mules for Sister Sara is like a bridge to its previous Eastwood western latest. About the only negative about the Two Mules for Sister Sara movie that is not how difficult it was to believe that the plot at times, is that the "secret" about the nature of MacLaine does not seem that big of a surprise, however, the ... Eastwood supremely intelligent and knew I had no idea! This was the hardest part to believe! However, the Two Mules for Sister Sara movie remains very funny and well worth seeing. My wife, who hates West actually saw and enjoyed me so I guess that this cowboy pic could have a wider audience some westerns. Incidentally, the mules, exactly which refers? This confused me to think that way must have missed something! |
Sure, he's here in the shadow of his more famous West Leone, but this vehicle, nicely directed by Don Siegel, with help from an unusual Ennio Morricone score, it's a bit entertaining spaghetti western knockoff filmed in Mexico. Story-wise, it's an old west, heaven knows Mr. Allison with a comic touch and a nemesis in the unconventional French Army. The mood of the chemistry between Eastwood and MacLaine Hogan Sara clicks so well that sometimes it is difficult to believe that apparently are not very well during production. Although when it comes to Shirley MacLaine nothing really surprises me. As far as after Eastwood Spaghetti films, he rarely is in better shape than this. Basically continue unnamed man in person, it becomes much more dialogue on this occasion that develops your character and makes it a little more than three dimensions. It is a good change of pace from the Leone westerns Clint peak to hear some humorous lines and have the odd facial expression in hilarious squinting between your brand and snarling and chomping cigars. Disciples of the trilogy Leone may never warm up to a certain Clint hammier in this, but as Clint West Hollywood's go, this is a fun and well done duster. Should not be missed. |
The famous critic Pauline Kael said in an interview that the opinion on a Two Mules for Sister Sara movie sometimes changes depending on the time that the DivX film Two Mules for Sister Sara is. A Two Mules for Sister Sara film that can be great when I first ten years later, may seem totally outdated, and vice versa. "Two Mules" is a western that was published at a time when the public wanted something else. What they wanted was Clint Eastwood "The good, the bad and the ugly" style, and that was what we kept doing for coming years. "Two Mules' was considered a failure, especially since Shirley MacLaine, who do not fit the standard model Eastwood. Today the story is different, the movie: Two Mules for Sister Sara is worth seeing, especially because of MacLaine. Most of the time they are together and it works very well, Eastwood is less severe than usual and it's very funny how you try to understand how they think a nun. Morriconne The music is a comical and together with the wild creatures that are displayed on the screen like a scorpion, a rattlesnake, a mountain lion offers a great start. The end does not maintain the same level, but the two big players and their relationships are quite funny enough to make this a very good movie. The script of the Two Mules for Sister Sara Western film was originally written by Budd Boetticher, while filming "Aruzza" in Mexico. That money needed to finish very badly "Aruzza" which sold the script, and got very upset when they later did the Two Mules for Sister Sara Western way I wanted. |
