Wifes and children of the Mormon Orville Beecham become victims of a massacre in his own house. The police believes the crime had a religious motive. Orville doesn't give any comment on the case, is taken into protective custody. Journalist Smith persuades him to help him in the investigation - and finds out about economic motives for the murder.

Messenger of Death opens with a pair of murderers killing nine members of a Mormon family, all of them wives and children of Carlos Dierkop. This Piques Interest of Charles Bronson is an investigative reporter for the Denver Tribune. Going around the hinterlands of western Colorado and re-investigate some interesting information. A Mormon blood feud may not be the reason for the slaughter, the reason we say it could be more commercial. Bronson is a reporter who carries a weapon license. Remember that this is the people of Colorado, a very red state who take the right to bear arms seriously. He goes where he needs to leave. This is real rural areas, where some Mormons who never accepted the change with respect to polygamy. The law of the land here is very loosely enforced, these people make their own laws. Jeff Corey and John Ireland to pay a couple of Mormon feuding brothers, these two have a genuine hatred for each other, making some of the feuds Appalachin mountain people like the Oxford debate. Bronson had two ladies that anything with a touch of romance with anyone in Denver in the boonies Marilyn Hassett, co newspaperperson Trish Van Devere. He and Van Devere almost get themselves killed by some of tractor trailers in a well-mounted persecution. Look for good performances by Daniel Benzali ambitious as the Chief of Police of Denver and Laurence Luckinbill as the great mover and shaker in Denver politics. It's a good film: Messenger of Death with a look at a world that few of the rest of us never get to see.

Messenger of death gives us a very quick and efficient action DivX Movie Messenger of Death directed (Thompson cut waste and is always completely up to the point) with Bronson in a very different type of paper (as a matter of fact, kill anyone in the movie: Messenger of Death even serving as peacekeepers in any way) playing a journalist from Denver. One wonders if Cannon only interested in getting the video rental when it came up with this title, especially in the context of the posters. People who think Bronson is the Messenger to be disappointed, people interested in a good story in this way for the wrong reasons. The music is great, the plot-twist or the countryside and do something completely different after seeing Charlie's death-wish that in the great city of canals. And before I forget: Bronson next shot is played by the beautiful and great actress Trish Van Devere. I only remember an episode of Columbo long, long ago. Was not that "Make me a perfect murder?"

Bronson is rather miscast as a journalist (you can still punch and defeat any adversary), but this is one of the most typical and less solid than the vehicles of the 80s. It begins with a strange, effectively out the slaughter, and includes some elements with unconventional families. It is still nothing special, though. Is one of those curiously forgettable films that interest you while you're watching, but do not leave lasting impression.

This is by no stretch of a classic but it is a very nice Messenger of Death Thriller independently. Charles Bronson plays a reporter investigating a murder. This is a Mormon family feud between the family and a water company in Colorado. Bronson falls right in the middle, while reporting the end of the course and get tons of great action scenes. This also has a classic line in Bronson "If you do not tell me you know I'm going to beat death." Surprisingly interesting and suspenseful. Much better than the last wish of death and very good for a low budget 80's action movie. Most fans of Charles Bronson like this. An entertaining movie.
