| Very funny film, and although it was the same old tired formula of misfits win against the best team still was fun to see. Scott Bakula, Sinbad and done for me and I can not believe I've seen only. If you like Quantum Leap then I think you'd like this. |

| I enjoyed this Necessary Roughness Sport movie for what it is, a lower-Hollywood sports movie. Many of the clichés, but worked for me. I recently saw on cable, and then on DVD, because something was bothering me. I could swear that some scenes were different than when I saw him originally. First, could have sworn that there was a scene where the character Suzanne Carter took out his notebook of age who had Bakula high school sports cuts. In addition, the Gatorade shower scene, Gennero coach thought I was going to get soaked but scooter away. It is strange, none of the scenes on the DVD or the cable from the current version. Geez, maybe my memory is playing tricks on me. Anyway, if you liked Major League, and soccer, you should enjoy this movie. |

Well, it's a bit dry, but still funny. When the boys come GIANT in the area of the prison, (The Refrigerator, too tall, etc.) you wonder how and why, but it is only to "harden" the team. The roughness is necessary! See this for a laugh, especially during football season. And ladies, there is something for U.S. in these sports movies! It's your choice! |
| This is an absolutely hilarious Necessary Roughness Sport movie that I'd recommend to anyone. It is true that it has the same basic plot as every other sports DVD movie Necessary Roughness that has emerged over the past 20 years (group ragtags meet to form a team to defeat a larger, more bad equipment, etc.), but not so high energy in all proceedings, and the dialogue is so full of hilarity that it does not matter. How many "comedies" have come out recently that contain only a few jokes, each one surrounded by tons of boring and meaningless plot development that do not add up to anything. For anyone tired of this, very urge them to take a look at this very underrated Necessary Roughness Sport film full of dialogue that is refreshing and fun all the way through.
