| It was a decent movie. The book was much better. If the book has become a DivX Movie Puppet Masters, The of three hours' duration, would have been excellent. They had time to do things right. As it is, is a compact wide range story in the future in a dodgy action Puppet Masters, The film today. Ask yourself a favor - read the book. Donald Sutherland is too cold, though. |
| An interesting adaptation of Robert Heinlein in the original story about aliens who come to Earth and take over a small city such as control of pests in their host bodies. This Puppet Masters, The Horror film was made in 1994 and I think a nice view. It is true that is very different from the source material. Heinlein The book is very different as are most of the film: Puppet Masters, The adaptations of books. But I found it interesting without being overbearing. I liked the lead in this DivX film Puppet Masters, The and Donald Sutheland chew the scenery as the leader of an organization that appears, but that is not going too mentioned ET game occasionally. He is a great actor and added to the film, so it's just that much more enjoyable. There are other films that deal with the same type of material, most notabely the film: Puppet Masters, The "The Faculty," which has exactly the same idea with little parasite linked to people, but this Puppet Masters, The Horror is well on its own and in spite of this I am sure to find your own little niche of fans. |
| I very much agree with many of the other reviews of this movie. This is a very faithful adaptation (given the history of Hollywood adaptation for the screen), and one of my favorite movies. Not entirely true, ie, Operation Bareback (I would have enjoyed) resignation is probably due to the mass nudity involved. The love interest, the story and the characters were very close to the novel. Ripoff as some critics of the invasion of the Body Snatchers, but in fact the novel predates this work, so they copied whom? The scope of the movie: Puppet Masters, The was cut and little mention was made of landings and conflicts in other countries, but this may be due to the editing needs. Foreigners who are suitably creepy as my wife will agree, as it still refuses to see again, and managed without the blood of many similar films, but it is quite violent. Compared with other recent adaptation Heinlein, Starship Troopers, this Puppet Masters, The Horror film is much more true to the author of the original work and is an exciting and thoughtful address. Unfortunately, it appears that there will be no sequel to take the battle to the moons of Saturn. |
