Melanie Carmichael (Reese Witherspoon), an up and rising fashion designer in New York, has gotten almost everything she wished for since she was little. She has a great career and the JFK-like husband of New York City. But when he proposes to her, she doesn't forget about her family back down South - and, more importantly, her husband back there, who refuses to divorce her ever since she sent divorce paper for almost 5 years. To settle matters straight, she decides to go to the south quick and make him sign the papers. But when things don't turn out the way she planned them out, she realizes that what she had before in the south was far more perfect than the life she had in new york city.

This DVD film Sweet Home Alabama is not only laugh-a-loud funny, but his heart melting very romantic! Melanie Carmichael, a new designer clothes in New York, is committed to the mayor of the wealthy son. She goes home to Alabama to get her husband Jake, who married in high school when her pregnancy was, to finally sign the divorce papers. But he refuses, and is to remain at home for a while. .. And he realizes that might not have to leave to find what you were looking for. This Sweet Home Alabama Drama film is heart warming in that, under the Redneck humor, is a true love story. I have seen the scene of pet cemetery 10 times, again and again. It's too adorable. And I love the way the city is so obsessed with the Civil War reenactments, I thought it was funny. There is humor that comes home with the small town of America, and a love story that can make any romantic in the eyes of the heart to tear.

She shines like a jewel in this, but unfortunately, the environment does not match. I know this is a comedy, although the group of seniors like me, mostly ladies, no one seemed to know it was good comedy. At least, there was lots of laughter to be heard. It was a mediocre DivX Movie Sweet Home Alabama meanders and adorned only by the presence of Reese. South of this is done in white and saccharin. If this was a successful comedy that actually caused the laughter, the unrealistic and non-stereotypical background does not matter much. But the mood was not only there, despite attempts to cause at least smile. Well, this is a view of the old and the young, especially the girls, probably like this more than me.

Reminiscent of Four Weddings, but with a big 'All American' feel. Deliciously written and acted and thought. After three blockbusters in the run-up to Christmas, they are all first rate, which is a delight to return to 'little' Sweet Home Alabama Drama film about the family and what makes people 'tick'. I enjoyed this DivX film Sweet Home Alabama actually!
